At SoYoung Malaysia, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality soy milk and gelato. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Perishable Product Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of soymilk, gelato, or any perishable items once they have been delivered.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you if there is an issue with your order.
