At SoYoung Malaysia, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality soy milk and gelato. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of soymilk, gelato, or any perishable items once they have been delivered.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you if there is an issue with your order.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume
You received the wrong product
Your package arrived melted, warm, or otherwise compromised due to shipping issues
Your shipment was never delivered or was lost in transit
Refunds for reasons not related to quality, damage, or delivery errors are typically not offered due to food safety laws.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging (required for all damage/spoilage claims)

Once your claim is reviewed:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days
If a replacement is requested and approved, we will ship it at no additional cost
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Dislike of taste or texture (unless quality is compromised)
Missed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer
Products left outside too long after delivery
Orders reported after the 24-hour window
If the issue is caused by us or our shipping partners (ex: damaged package, delay causing spoilage), we cover all costs for refunds or replacements.
If the issue is due to incorrect information entered during checkout, customers are responsible for any additional costs.
