SoYoung Malaysia currently delivers to:
Most areas within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)
We do not ship to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) due to the perishable nature of our products.
If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please contact us before placing your order.
Because our products are fresh and temperature-sensitive, we ship orders on a controlled schedule. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is shipped.
All soymilk and gelato orders are shipped using insulated packaging designed to maintain freshness and temperature.
Gelato is shipped with ice packs or dry ice
Soymilk is delivered chilled
Transportation is done using temperature-controlled logistics
However, it is essential that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
Typical delivery timeframe:
West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
Rural / outskirt areas may take slightly longer
Delivery times may vary due to:
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Festive seasons
Unforeseen circumstances
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Shipping fees are calculated as below:
Klang Valley area - RM14.00
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
To ensure product quality upon arrival:
Please ensure someone is present to receive the package
Products should be stored in the freezer (gelato) or refrigerator (soymilk) immediately after delivery
Incorrect delivery addresses may result in failed deliveries
We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries or expired courier holding times
If the courier is unable to deliver because:
No one is available
Incorrect address provided
Delivery refusal
The order may be discarded due to the perishable nature of the products, and no refund will be issued.

Melted
Spoiled
